Reflection:

In my PED 282 Health Related Fitness class we were required to make our own fitness plan. Constructing fitness plans is an excellent way to make sure one keeps up a health-enhancing level of fitness.  In this case I was able to create a fitness plan that allowed me to increase my fitness in cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. My plan is 16 weeks long and I believe focuses greatly on each area I previously mentioned. As a physical educator being able to help students create fitness plans is very important.  The students will need help to develop a plan that will allow them to lead a physically active lifestyle. This is one of the main goals of physical educators so it is very beneficial to be able to create fitness plans.
